BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice of cancellation is required within 48 hours. Any appointment cancelled less than 48 hours will be a 30% cancellation fee, less than 24 hours hours 50% and same-day cancellation will be charged the full amount of booked services.

By booking an appointment, all clients agree to these policies and provide a credit card to remain on file. All clients will be required to keep a credit card on file in order to retain your appointment.

CHILDREN’S POLICY

Children’s Policy - Salons are filled with potentially dangerous items such as scissors, chemicals, hot tools, etc. In addition to these challenges, our studio is a special place for people to recharge and spend some “me time.”

Thus, customers and employees alike can be fiercely opposed to children because they detract from the experience and can also be a serious liability to small business owners.

Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon during your appointment unless they themselves have a booked service.
